How do you ship the products?
Most all of the product are shipped to you from the US. If you choose the free shipping or flat rate method the order will be shipped by ground (UPS, FEDEX AND USPS). The average shipping time is from 4-9 days. Expedited Shipping time is fast that free and flat rate.
There are some products we order direct from the manufacturer to you. Some of these manufacturers are based inside the US and there are some that are based in China. We ship these products from the manufacturer to you, so we can keep the shipping rates down for these products. China manufacturer orders will be shipped by (DHL, EMS, UPS or Air Mail). Flat rate shipping will be shipped by Air mail which can take 7-18 days. Expedited Shipping will be shipped by (DHL, EMS and UPS). This method can take anywhere from 5 -12 days.
